We have a very simple policy regarding any personal or non-personal information that is supplied to us:

NOTHING will ever be divulged about anyone to anyone else — plain and simple.

Even usernames are personal to those who chooses to use it. We will never divulge any information. Since upgrading our registration software we no longer process any credit card details ourselves all card processing is carried out on our behalf by Paypal secure online payment services.

Important exception

The one exception to our policy as detailed on the left is that if we are required to supply your details for legal reasons, we will.
