Joining the library

The whole process has been streamlined and the ability to access the manuals is now virtually instant following payment by using credit or debit card online.

Simply select the Join Now link opposite to start the process.

Complete the registration form, choose your method of payment then hit the 'Continue' button which will take you, via the short Terms & Conditions page, to either the Secure Payment facility or, of you chose to pay offline to an instruction page which details what you need to do next.

Online Payment

Online Credit/Debit Card payments will take you to our secure payment page at WorldPay.

Simply click on the appropiate card you intend using and then enter the required details - Card number and expiry date etc and Name (as on card) and card billing address - then hit the 'Make Payment' link. After your card is processed satisfactorily WorldPay notifies our system of the payment and your account is activated automatically.

If your payment is declined for any reason simply visit 'Member Services' and follow the instructions there.

Offline Payments

Offline payment option will give you two payment choices- Bank transfer or by Cheque

Cheque payments are no problem but you must be aware that with the postal delivery times and waiting for cheque's to clear there will be a delay of at least 7 to 10 days before downloading manuals is possible.

The quickest way of gaining access will always be by using the online secure payment system.
