This website is a collection of heating-system related manuals, including boilers (gas, electric, oil burning and solid fuel) together with a range ancillary control equipment, programmers, thermostats and motorised valves etc. All manuals are downloadable, viewable and printable from a normal PC or laptop.

Upgrade of software undertaking joining, login and other membership functions
Things went better than we could have ever hoped! Downloading was off line for under twenty minutes and preliminary tests shows everything working as it should.
Passwords were migrated accross to the new database automatically so hopefully should work without any problems.
One big difference between old and new software is that we can no longer remind you of your actual password. If you forget it, or when logging in for the first time after today, please use the forgotten password link. If everything fails we can, of course, set a new password from here and email it to you. Once logged in you can then change it to one you prefer.
All the links have been reset, and the payment system back in operation again, so new members can join, and existing members renew!
Please Note:
Any changes to passwords or email addresses in 'Profiles' page before last Wednesday evening May 2nd. will almost certainly not reflect in the new database and will need to again be changed now the new system is fully operational.
We do apologise for any inconvenience that this essential upgrading has caused. It is the first time that such major database upgrades have been carried out for over 5 years.
Three members had Usernames that were not compatable with the new software so were changed. We did email those affected - hopefully those emails arrived otherwise please email us so we can re-store your access to the site as quickly as possible.
