Account details: Profile
After you are logged onto the system select 'My Profile'. You will be taken to the profile area where you can view the personal and log on details of your account. You can change from this section your registered email address and also your password. You cannot change your username. If you wish to change this then email us with existing email, username and password. We will then change your username and notify you by email when completed.
There is now only one membership classification once payment has been confirmed - Member. Prior to payment the your account will be marked as pending but you will always be able to visit the 'Your Profile' page (as part of accessing this page you will be asked to log into the system) and complete your payment online. Once payment is confirmed by Paypal your subscription should become live instantly.

From the profile page you can view payments made and expiry date of your account.
You can also select the renew subscription link which enables subscription renewal using the automated system we have introduced in partnership with Paypal. (This section will be activated before any subscriptions are due to expire)
